The United Methodist Women at Martha Bowman is open to all women of the church. As a member of UMW, you will be part of an organization which has grown from the mustard seed of a few women to a fully-branched tree of life with millions of members. Friendship Circle - Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in member's homes. Contact Peggy Defore (478-477-3346)
Joy Circle - Meets the 4th Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the church library. Contact Allene Harris (478-474-4596)
Roberta Gardiner Circle - Meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in member's homes. Contact Joan Trofemuk (478-477-0375)
Women of Hope Circle - Meets the 1st Sunday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in room 216. Contact Kathy Griffin (478-477-4188 ext. 124)

Our mission is to be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ: To develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in global and local ministries of the church.
