Outreach Ministries focus on reaching out to the lost and unchurched with a message of salvation, hope, and growth as a disciple.

Every ministry in Martha Bowman is a part of our effort to reach out and share the gospel.

Persons interested in being a part of the outreach ministries may serve in the following ways:

• Greeters, who welcome worshippers, at all three services
• Ushers to aid persons to find a seat, provide worship bulletins, receive the offering, and otherwise assist worshippers
• "Muggers" who visit newcomers on the afternoon of their first visit to the church with a warm welcome, a gift (which is a mug with the church logo), and information to assist them in becoming more involved.
• Lay visitors are couples to visit prospective members to encourage their commitment to class and involvement in Martha Bowman. They visit periodically at the discretion of the Pastor of Evangelism.
