Martha Bowman UMC has a rich heritage of excellence in church music. Our goal, indeed our calling, is to continue that heritage – to build on it and grow it for future generations. 

We believe that music can play an integral part in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). We also believe, as in Matthew 28:16-17, that the coming together at appointed times and places and worshiping the Lord is essential to our empowerment to fulfill that Great Commission. 

So, whether you choose to attend one of our traditional or the contemporary worship hours, Expect good music. Expect music that honors and lifts up Christ. And expect music that will lift your spirits as well.
